Our client, who is a growing electrical & renewable company based in Colchester is looking for a qualified electrician with experience of working in the solar industry.
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Shifts: 9 hours per day
- Location: Colchester
- Salary: 35K - 40k depending on experience
- Benefits: company van, pension, 28 days holiday leave
Responsibilities and Duties
- To carry out electrical works to a high standard, be able to problem solve and fault find and have good customer relation skills.
Job Summary:
- To carry out electrical installation, maintenance and inspection & testing in commercial and domestic properties.
- To carry out a broad spectrum of work including domestic and commercial electrical installation & testing.
- Installations of solar PV and battery storage
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience of working in the solar industry
- Full driving licence
- 1 and 2 City & Guilds, or equivalent 18th Edition wiring Regulations
- Inspection and testing Qualification would be an advantage but not essential
- ECS card
