Days/ Hours of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

The company

Our client is a leading financial planning organisation who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, guidance, and financial strategies. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business' Advisers by arranging client meetings, preparing essential documentation, and maintaining regular client contact. This position will allow you to contribute to delivering outstanding client service and maintaining efficient administrative operations.

Duties

  • Build relationships and maintain regular contact with clients, keeping them updated on ongoing matters.
  • Keep the CRM system up-to-date, detailing all ongoing actions and workflow.
  • Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Adviser, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Collate and manage information, preparing comprehensive documentation for client meetings.
  • Ensure all post-meeting processes are completed within deadlines, leaving no loose ends.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of letters of authority, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Produce suitability letters for simple transactions, such as post-meeting reports, bed & ISA, or fund switch letters.

The ideal candidate

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing client meetings and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and update clients.
  • Knowledge of post-meeting processes and deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM systems and workflow management.
  • Competence in producing suitability letters for financial transactions.
