We are currently looking for a Factory Operative to work for a successful manufacturing company based in Colchester, Essex.
This role is a temporary ongoing role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate after a successful probationary period.
Duties of the Factory Operative:
- Making sure the smooth running of production and reporting any issues to supervisors
- Unloading finished product from production line or machines
- Helping in other areas of the factory as and when needed
- Basic machine operating
- Picking items to get ready for dispatch
- Making sure all areas of the factory are clean and tidy at all time, adhering to health and safety
The Ideal Applicant:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing and production environment
- Happy with ongoing temporary work
- Flexible approach to working duties and working hours
Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-Time
- Various hours available between - 6am-10pm
- 11.44ph (starting pay)
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday Pay
- Overtime available
