Position: Production Operative

Job description / Responsibilities:
Operating in a manor to comply with HACCP requirements and in line with Direct Meats policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety regulations.Main duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
-Pack products using assigned bags/trays as per product specifications,
-Store finished products in relevant holding chillers observing date rotation,
-Replenish stocks of packaging sundries from the main sundries store as required,
-Clean down any relevant equipment at the end of shift,
-Assist if required in cleaning in the main factories,
-Check condition of equipment and report an faults,
Full training will be provided.
