Day-to-day duties
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, address inquiries, and support Account Executives in managing portfolios effectively.
- Handle insurance policy processing, including renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assess risks, negotiate with underwriters, secure appropriate coverage for clients, and assist with claims management for efficient resolution.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored advice and maintain adherence to standards.
Required skills, experience, qualifications
- Ideally, we’re seeking around 3 years + of experience as an Account Handler
- Commercial insurance expertise is essential
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn are required
