Are you a motivated audit professional with leadership experience and a passion for developing client relationships? I am looking for an Audit Senior Manager to join their Colchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a talented team, build strong client connections, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Leadership: Plan, execute, and complete audits while ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of managers and auditors, providing support and guidance to develop their skills.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending regular meetings and providing strategic advice.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance work.
  • Financial Oversight: Review budgets and projections prepared by staff and liaise with financial institutions.
  • Training & Development: Play a pivotal role in training staff and maintaining high technical standards across the team.
  • Business Representation: Represent the business at external events and uphold the firm's professional reputation.
