Key Responsibilities:- Audit Leadership: Plan, execute, and complete audits while ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of managers and auditors, providing support and guidance to develop their skills.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending regular meetings and providing strategic advice.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance work.
- Financial Oversight: Review budgets and projections prepared by staff and liaise with financial institutions.
- Training & Development: Play a pivotal role in training staff and maintaining high technical standards across the team.
- Business Representation: Represent the business at external events and uphold the firm's professional reputation.
- Audit Expertise: Extensive experience in audit practice, with a proven ability to manage large-scale audits and complex client portfolios.
- Leadership Skills: Strong track record of supervising, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Client Focus: Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
