As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with operational teams to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies. Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Support investment decisions through data-driven analysis and financial projections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes and reporting. Present financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the business.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
