A uniqure role for the Colchester area has arisen within a reputable IFA.
The position will involve :
- Assisting advisers in putting together their factfinds and ensuring they are fully and accurately completed before being passed to paraplanners for a report.
- Assisting advisers with client emails, calling clients back for certain enquiries and potentially helping advisers with their diaries.
- Some technical assistance to advisers, but not extensive as more detailed queries would still go via the technical team. Some examples would be getting quotes, inputting cashflow information and running some basic tax calculations.
- Some lower-level administration jobs. Scanning, updating back-office system and so on. This would potentially be around 20% of the overall role.
- Not absolutely essential, but a strong preference for someone with some industry experience and having used Intelligent Office previously.
The role will likely pay c £35k with benefits.
