Trainee Independent Financial Advisor

Reed Financial Services for a dedicated Servicing Independent Financial Adviser to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing holistic financial plans, advising clients on financial matters, generating new business, and maintaining existing client relationships while adhering to compliance and administrative processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide sound financial advice and recommendations to clients on various financial issues.
  • Generate new business opportunities and foster ongoing relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through exceptional service and advice.
  • Ensure full compliance with FAL’s compliance and administrative processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, products, and regulations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Ability to generate new business and network effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining high compliance standards and staying updated with industry changes.

Benefits:

  • Standard working hours: 9 am - 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • 21 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year of service, up to a maximum of 28 days.
