A client of ours in the Colchester (Langham) area are recruiting an administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Weekend shifts of every other Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm are required; this is paid as overtime, or a weekday can be taken as lieu. Paying from 22,308 per annum depending on experience.
You must be able to drive due to the location of the business.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Contract Management
- Administration
- Pursuing new enquiries promptly
- General office duties
- Invoicing/receipting
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
- You must be an enthusiastic individual with good telephone communication and organisational skills.
- Work well within a small team.
- Have the ability to stick to deadlines.
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Work well under pressure.
- Have a confident and professional manner on the phone.
- Admin and secretarial experience desirable but not essential as training will be given.
