My client, a thriving FMCG business with an office in Colchester, is looking to recruit a dedicated Compliance Technologist to join their Quality department. As a Compliance Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet all regulatory standards and requirements. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about maintaining high compliance standards, they would love to hear from you

Job requirements

To ensure the success of our hiring process, we kindly request the following job requirements:

  • Experience and qualification in a compliance or quality assurance role, ideally within the food industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Support delivery of BRC and Customer Audits.
  • Produce Product Specifications, customer questionnaires and other customer compliance as required
  • Support as a member on the HACCP team
  • Conduct supplier approvals
  • Support QA Manager as required
