We are recruiting for a Designer / Sales Consultant on behalf of a luxury, bespoke dressing room and wardrobe design business. The company have been established for many years and supply their design services to many high-end and luxury dressing room projects all around the UK.
The job is predominantly based on the road and candidates will need to be able to drive. Approximately 75% of the working week will be spent visiting clients in their homes who have specifically requested a design consultation for their bespoke wardrobe / dressing room project. All leads are supplied from head office who have already made contact with the prospective client. The role will involve advising clients and consulting on design options, different finishes and colour. The designer will also produce a CAD drawing to allow the client to visualise the finished perfect design in their home.
The other 25% of the time will be spent dealing with administration predominantly from home. So this role suits candidates who are looking for a role where they can work from home once a week.
The company is looking for a Designer / Sales consultant who can look after clients in the area’s of Cambridge, Essex, North London and parts of Kent. Commission is offered at 4% of all sales adding £20,000+ on top of basic plus bonuses.
The job suits someone who enjoys driving and being on the road as well as someone with a passion for great design who possesses the experience of selling an interior design product, combined with a talented sales approach.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. No weekends required. Salary negotiable based on experience plus holiday, pension, car allowance/mileage. (own car required)
