Provide Community Interest Company, a leading social enterprise in the healthcare sector, is seeking to recruit a Director of Bids to play a pivotal role in delivering the company’s ambitious growth plan.

Provide CIC offers a diverse range of health services, delivering innovative care across 10 counties to a population of over 11 million people. They are known for their commitment to patient care, compassion, and technological innovation, making a significant impact across healthcare settings from primary care to mental health.

The Director of Bids will work closely with the Group Business Development Director to drive business growth by leading the strategy and delivery of high-quality bids for NHS and other healthcare contracts. This role encompasses leading the full lifecycle of bid management, from identifying opportunities to submission, ensuring processes are compliant, flexible, and effective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a proactive bid strategy for Provide’s diverse group of companies.
  • Leading a team to deliver compelling, compliant bids for significant NHS contracts, using various tendering processes.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure bid success and improve processes.

We are seeking a highly experienced bid professional with:

  • A proven track record in healthcare bids, particularly within the NHS.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to drive process improvements and deliver successful contract mobilisations.
