- Handle and resolve HR queries from employees, managers, and partners via email and phone.
- Log all queries accurately in the HR case management system, ensuring appropriate follow-up or escalation.
- Provide efficient and timely administration with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize process documentation and initiative to manage tasks and solve common queries.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including diary management, invitations, and letter administration.
- Manage Workday data administration, maintain control sheets, and handle global consultation document administration.
- Generate reports as required.
- Support Managers with any additional administrative tasks related to the transformation project.
