Log Plant Operator CPCS

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Operate mobile plant machinery including 360-degree timber handling machines and/or wheeled loading shovels Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and protocols Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Undertake daily machine checks Adherence to operational requirements for mobile plant operation Compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards Demonstrated experience and proficiency in safely operating all or individual items of mobile plant listed above Current training certificates to enable operation of all or individual items of mobile plant listed above James Jones & Sons Ltd is a 5th generation family business and one of the UK's largest and most progressive timber processing companies with core activities in timber harvesting, sawmilling, pallets & packaging, and distribution.
