As the Nursery Manager, your leadership will ensure that every child receives the best possible educational start in life, creating and implementing a curriculum designed to meet their individual learning and development requirements. You will support, mentor and develop the nursery team as well as supervising the administration and financial aspects of the nursery to ensure its smooth daily running.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, providing leadership and support to a team of dedicated educators and practitioners
- Engage with families, building strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring they are kept fully up to date with their child's progress
- Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children, families, and team
- Develop and implement stimulating and developmentally appropriate educational programs, that imbue a love of learning in the children
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the nursery
- Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, ideally with management qualifications
- Have experience in a managerial role, based in an early childhood education setting
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and multitasking abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of early childhood education best practices and regulatory requirements
