Role Overview:
The Passivhaus Consultant will play a key role in advising clients on the design, certification, and implementation of the Passivhaus standard. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of energy efficiency in buildings and a passion for sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure the highest standards of energy performance, thermal comfort, and overall building performance, contributing to reducing carbon footprints and enhancing environmental impact.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
Passivhaus Certification (Essential):
Hold or be in the process of obtaining a Passivhaus Consultant or Designer qualification (Passivhaus Institute accredited).Experience:
Proven experience working within the building services or energy efficiency sector, specifically in the delivery of Passivhaus projects.
Strong background in energy modelling, building physics, and sustainable design practices.Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of energy efficiency standards, building physics, and passive house design.
Proficiency in the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) and other relevant energy modeling software.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders at all levels.Problem-Solving Ability:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions to meet Passivhaus and sustainability targets.Education:
A degree in a relevant field (Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, or Energy) is preferred but not essential.
