Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients based between Kelvedon and Colchester.
Main purpose of the role is to manage and be responsible for all sample requests received through the various channels, including full management of the Sample Inbox, offering excellent customer service at all times.
Other duties include: -
To process all samples, request from both Global and Digby customers on to our ERP system and book the collections via DHL portal
To pick, pack and despatch the sample requests when required
To keep accurate stock records for all samples, ensure stock orders are generated to replenish stock levels
To help process POS enquiries and requests in conjunction with the Merchandiser when required
To work with the existing team to answer incoming and overflow calls, handling all enquires through to completion
Administrative support to the Sales department as well as all other departments, including filing of paperwork and general admin duties
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments
Skills and Experience Required: -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - An ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
A flexible approach to work with the ability to work without direct supervision.
Great attention to details and a ’can do’ attitude.
Hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours a week with a salary of £25,000.
