Assure Personnel are pleased to be working with a fantastic client based in Colchester to recruit for a Sales Project Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the sales team and customers to ensure orders and quotations and processed in a timely manner.

This role will be primarily focused on Ventilation Systems products by assisting with and coordinating interactions with our customers and internal teams. Day to day you will be supporting the sales team and customers in ensuring orders and quotations are processed in a timely manner, and that shipments arrive with customers on time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales contract orders and management of call off schedules in line with customer requirements.
  • Management in coordination with the logistics team, booking site deliveries and any special offloading considerations.
  • Ensure customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • To monitor customer emails via CRM cases management and process based on priority.
  • Answering phone and dealing with enquiries efficiently
  • Support customers/sales team with technical quotation requests in coordination of the design team promptly.
  • To maintain regular contact with Area Sales Managers to ensure monthly sales are maintained in line with customers' requirements.
  • To ensure close liaison with Production Planning, Procurement, Dispatch and any other internal departments as well as external parties (e.g. Contractors) to meet customer demand.
  • To meet KPI's and objectives as defined in performance reviews.
  • To keep customer open resolution levels in CRM to a minimum and deal with them effectively and efficiently.
