My client is looking for a sales progressor to join a successful and ever-growing company based in the Colchester area. They are looking for an individual who has experience managing the progression of property sales to join their team. Ideally, they are seeking someone who has current experience within estate agency, new homes or legal professional.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • NO WEEKENDS

My client is offering the successful Sales Progressor:

  • Up to £30,000 Basic

Sales Progressor requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience progressing sales
  • Currently working within Estate Agency, New Homes or Conveyancing 
  • Highly driven and passionate 
  • Understand the full aftersales and legal process 
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a wider team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key tasks for the Sales Progressor will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of sales
  • Ensuring that the agreed sales are progressed from reservation to exchange and completion
  • Maintaining communication and providing updates to all parties (agents, developers, purchasers)
