Attwood Perks is partnering with a dynamic business in Colchester to help them find a talented Salesforce Administrator on a permanent basis to improve their business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help them unlock the full potential of their Salesforce platform, and ultimately unlock more opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Customise Salesforce functionality to meet business needs, including fields, page layouts, workflows, process automation, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce functionality, data, and user access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing user training and support, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge to utilise Salesforce effectively.
  • Manage system updates, releases, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, data quality, and security compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and automation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models, user management, and permission sets.
  • Experience with data management, including data imports, exports, and cleansing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is strongly preferred but not essential.
