Up to £27,000 Basic (depending on experience)
£50,000 + OTE

Valuer requirements:

Have over 3 years experience as a sales valuer
Proven track record of winning instructions
Great ability to build rapport and relationships
Full UK Driving License

Key tasks for the Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

Generating Market Appraisals
Marketing yourself and the company
Developing Relationships with local homeowners
Managing the property through the full sale process
