Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships, are essential for this role.
A full UK driving license is required, and local area knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

We have a new and exciting position available with our client for an experienced Valuer to join their team in the CO5 area postcode. They are ideally looking for an individual to play a crucial role in winning business for the branch while, providing expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

The successful valuer will be offered:

Up to £25,000 basic salary
£55,000+ OTE
Mileage expenses
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Incentives/Competitions

Working Hours:

Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
Every Saturday | 08:30 – 16:00
Lieu Day

To be considered for the Valuer Role you must have:

Experience in market appraisals
Proven track record in winning instructions
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Driven and motivated
The ability to build relationships and manage expectations
Local area knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
Full UK Driving License
