Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Health and safety measures.
  • Completing all administration documents.
  • Working with clients in terms of project delivery.
  • Day to day administration for multiple portfolios.
  • Completing general typing and audio typing tasks.
  • Coordinating security screening and vetting checks.
  • Liaising with Clients and suppliers to obtain quotes, prepare invoicing and monitor timesheets.
  • Entering client information into CRM system.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Knowledge of construction industry databases.
  • Qualification in health and safety - IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Knowledge of the construction industry terminology.
  • GCSE or Equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English.
