Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, including personal care, mobility, and social activities. You will be part of a friendly team that works together to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care in a homely and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Support residents with daily living activities, including meal times and social engagement.
- Assist with medication administration under supervision.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents to support their emotional well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Follow care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident and report any concerns or changes in condition.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere in the home.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
