We are currently seeking a versatile Primary LSA - SEN Provision to join our primary schools in Brightlingsea, starting immediately. As a Primary LSA - SEN Provision, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs. Your role will involve assisting in the classroom, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your expertise as a Primary LSA - SEN Provision will be essential in helping students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with special educational needs in their learning and personal development.
• Assist in the implementation of IEPs and adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
