- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shifts: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, or 8pm - 8am (because care never takes a day off).
- Pay: £13.05 per hour
Who You AreYou're a natural leader with a heart for care! Here's what we're looking for:
- Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experienced: At least 1 year of UK-based care experience.
- Skilled Communicator: Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities, and confidence to work independently.
- Prepared: Fully registered online DBS (or ready to obtain one).

- Lead and organize daily shift responsibilities with confidence.
- Dispense medication safely and efficiently.
- Build strong connections with GPs and district nurses to support residents' health.
- Support personal care, feeding, and perform regular resident checks.
- Keep accurate and detailed records for residents' care.
- Be part of our out-of-hours on-call system (and enjoy enhanced pay for it!).
