Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Management:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapy and nursing professionals.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.

    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical recruitment, specifically in therapy and nursing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique requirements of therapy and nursing positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
