Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to primary school students across various age groups.
- Follow the planned curriculum and ensure students stay on track with their learning objectives.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
- Adapt lessons as needed to meet the needs of all students, ensuring differentiation for various abilities.
- Support students' emotional, social, and academic development.
- Liaise with school staff, including teaching assistants and department heads, to ensure effective delivery of lessons.
- Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential).
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting (Desirable).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to providing high-quality education.
- DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
