Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to primary school students across various age groups.
  • Follow the planned curriculum and ensure students stay on track with their learning objectives.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Adapt lessons as needed to meet the needs of all students, ensuring differentiation for various abilities.
  • Support students' emotional, social, and academic development.
  • Liaise with school staff, including teaching assistants and department heads, to ensure effective delivery of lessons.
  • Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential).
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting (Desirable).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to providing high-quality education.
  • DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
