Senior Science Technician

Location: East Bergholt
Salary: £85 - £110 per day

GSL Education are seeking a Senior Science Technician to lead the science support team in a vibrant school in East Bergholt. The Senior Science Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality science education by ensuring that all practical lessons run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the science technician team, managing resources and equipment to support science lessons.
• Prepare and set up experiments and practical activities for science classes.
• Maintain and organise the science laboratories, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective science lessons.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a science technician role or similar position.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for science and supporting students in their learning.
