Key Details:
- Role: Teacher of Computer Science
- Location: Outstanding secondary school in Colchester
- Schedule: 4 days per week, ongoing basis
- Pay: 140 - 200 per day, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science to KS3 and KS4 students, delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Cover a wide range of digital artistic genres, including Microsoft Office, Specialist Exams, animation, stop motion, podcasting, and Book Creator.
- Inspire students to develop their creativity, technical skills, and passion for technology.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a subject-related degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrates the ability to teach a diverse range of digital content and artistic genres.
- Has strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and experience teaching Computer Science in secondary schools.
- Is passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on students' learning.
