Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing property management agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a trainee block manager to join their firm.

Working days:

As a Trainee Block Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Basic salary up to £25,000 
  • Hybrid Working (3 Days in the office | 2 Days at home or out on site)

The role of a Trainee Block Manager will involve the following:

  • Management of a custom portfolio local to yourself
  • Completing Site Visits
  • Ensuring Health and Safety
  • Monitor billing and utilities
  • Prepare Regular reports
  • Complete Budgets.
