Our client, a rapidly growing property management agency, is seeking a trainee block manager due to ongoing business growth.
The position requires 5 working days per week and offers a basic salary of up to £25,000.
Candidates should have customer service experience, be team players, and possess a clean driving license and their own vehicle.
The role involves managing a local portfolio, completing site visits, ensuring health and safety, and preparing regular reports.
This position also offers hybrid working options, access to a pool car for site visits, and opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.

Working days:

As a Trainee Block Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

Basic salary up to £25,000
Hybrid Working (3 Days in the office | 2 Days at home or out on site)
