Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist with the execution of daily HR tasks and operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance where necessary.
  • Help manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in HR, preferably within a school environment, local government, or the NHS.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Good Docs, Arbour, or Edu Pay is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
