Casanovas Recruitment are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding a skilled workforce to meet both current and future business needs. Working within a highly regulated industry, you will collaborate with various departments and ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Participate in job fairs, networking, and industry-specific events to enhance employer branding and attract top talent
  • Develop and maintain both active and passive talent pools
  • Conduct industry research for benchmarking and manage recruitment requisitions
  • Write job descriptions and advertisements to attract candidates through targeted campaigns
  • Source, shortlist, and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Manage the new starter process, from application to offer and onboarding and conduct pre-employment assessments and checks
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Ensure all new starter processes comply with legal and industry-specific requirements, including Right to Work (RTW) checks, medical screenings, and training compliance
  • Support hiring managers in understanding and implementing best recruitment practices
  • Identify and coordinate training routes to support candidate development and upskilling
  • Track and report key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates, ensuring effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilise modern recruitment technologies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience
  • Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition and retention strategies

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years of recruitment administration experience
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong knowledge of ATS & CRM software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • HR knowledge, including employment law and employee lifecycle management
