Role profile:

To effectively support the recruitment goals and the branch network by providing excellent support within a challenging environment.

The key responsibility of the role is to recruit suitable team members to underpin the smooth running of team ensuring the business is able to utilise their time to maximum efficiency. This is required whilst delivering exceptional customer service, as outlined by policies and procedures; upholding the company’s brand values and core beliefs at all times.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, driving the interview process and offer process
  • Communicate effectively with the Management team
  • Liaise with Operations Manager regarding new positions
  • Telephone Interviews
  • Competency Interviews
  • Relaying job information to applicants
  • Keep candidates’ files up to date
  • Advertise all vacancies via the relevant job boards
  • Conduct the pre-screening of all candidates and conduct interviews over the phone
  • CV Scraping
  • Build good relationships of individuals at all levels within the business
  • Responding timely to all candidates and giving the candidate the best impression during the application process
  • Assisting with recruitment events
  • Ensure "touch points" are met for an exceptional candidate journey
  • Take minutes for all formal meetings.
  • Support BDM’s with uploading team members 1-2-1’s into HR portal and also coaching/training logs.

They will also include when time allows or the business needs

  • Assist with branch administration duties and data capture as and when required
