As our Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce, ensuring they are compliant, engaged, and well-trained. TheCompliance Administrator,will embed within a supportive culture, this role is about fostering a seamless and positive experience for our colleagues throughout their career with us.



We are looking for a Compliance Administrator,to:
  • Manage and update Sentinel database in a timely manner to ensure compliance with Organisational and Network Rail guidelines
  • Monitor and arrange periodic Medical and D&A testing in line with Sentinel Scheme rules.
  • Work closely with TES Training and take ownership of the workforce Competence Management.

The idealCompliance Administrator,will have:
  • Sentinel Scheme Rules knowledge
  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently to a high standard
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to produce quality work
