We're on the hunt for an innovative, hands-on HR Manager to join our clients dynamic company based in Colchester. Having doubled in size over the past year, their growing team now supports 60+ colleagues across three departments—and you will be the driving force behind their people strategy!

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary HR contact, supporting Directors and the senior leadership team.
  • Oversee full-spectrum HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support our rapid growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with the expert support of a HR outsourced company.
  • Maintain and update HR documents, policies, and health & safety procedures.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to boost employee engagement and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent HR management experience).
  • A proven track record in HR within a fast-growing organisation.
  • Strong strategic and operational HR skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Profit-related bonus after 1 year of service.
