We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in Excel and HR administration but also eager to handle a variety of tasks including managing redundancy processes and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Use advanced Excel skills to produce, analyse, and clean reports.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and support the HR Manager in reviewing and drafting HR letters, forms, and templates.
- Manage redundancy processes and provide essential support to managers.
- Produce monthly trackers and process purchase orders.
- Manage employee relations cases, including attendance management processes and holding review meetings.
- Make occupational health referrals and support payroll, compensation, and benefits tasks.
- Take notes and support HR projects using ADP and Microsoft platforms.
- Allocate training using Planet and monitor appraisals for the site.
- Maintain staff notifications on notice boards and handle general day-to-day queries.
- Proficient in Excel, ADP, and Outlook with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in managing redundancy processes and employee relations cases.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with Fiori and Planet is advantageous but not essential.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata.
