We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team, providing essential support across various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running with an immediate start.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Responsible for advertising roles, managing the pre-interview process, and liaising with agencies.
  • Utilise Excel to produce reports, analyse, and clean data.
  • Support the probation period process, including sending reminders to managers and producing monthly trackers for escalation to the HR Generalist.
  • Assist with general day-to-day HR queries and keep staff notifications up-to-date on notice boards.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to review and draft HR letters, forms, and templates.
  • Provide administrative support, including tracking Purchase Orders.
  • Handle occupational health referrals in conjunction with the HR Generalist.
  • Take notes during meetings and other HR sessions.
  • Support the HR Generalist with managing employee benefits.
  • Assist with HR projects, particularly those involving the use of ADP and Microsoft platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel, ADP, and Outlook.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Fiori is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently with strong confidence and motivation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
