In this key role, you'll manage the technology strategy across a diverse group, optimise third-party MSP relationships, and lead a small team to success.This role is based onsite, with potential flexibiity to work remotely 1 day each week for the right candidate. The office is easily accessible, just off the A12 (not town based) Key Responsibilities:

Shape and manage the technology strategy to align with business goals across the group.
Oversee and optimise third-party MSP relationships for maximum performance.
Lead and inspire a small team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Develop, implement, and review IT policies to ensure security, efficiency, and best practices.
Plan workflows and integrate systems across departments for seamless operations.
Maximise MSP resource utilization and implement tech solutions that drive business improvement.
Develop and manage disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
