  • Answering the service office phone.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service through a polite and efficient ‘can do’ attitude to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Producing customer focused and accurate reports and quotations.
  • Commercial awareness i.e. protecting company reputation, ensuring profitability and developing/maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Review product datasheets to confirm suitability of replacement parts.
  • Contact suppliers for quotes, purchasing and queries.
  • Effectively and efficiently managing jobs from enquiry to invoice.
  • Provide quick and effective support to assist our on-site engineers.
  • Corrective action reporting.
  • Customer invoicing.
