- Active Directory / Azure Entra ID– Oversee user identity infrastructure, platform management and response to request, incidents and routine maintenance.
- Azure Entra ID Enterprise Functions – Management and maintenance of MFA / Single Sign On, Enterprise applications and functions.
- Windows Server Mgmt.– Experience of managing servers at scale, managing server health, security vulnerabilities, requests and incidents.
- Infrastructure Management – Management and maintenance of DNS and DHCP solutions, Certificates and enterprise technical infrastructure.
- Responsible for day-to-day operational technical support. Managed incidents, service requests and technical changes and regular ongoing systems maintenance and updates.
- Technical proficiency, analytical working practices and alignment to service delivery processes with alignment to ITIL best practice.
- Input subject matter expert knowledge and experience, seeking to continuously improve service, develop working practices and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Engagement and collaboration with third-party suppliers, ability to communicate to stakeholders at different levels.
- Operational Technical Infrastructure support; with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical experience and knowledge across following solutions – Microsoft MECM, Microsoft SCOM, Windows Server Mgmt., Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Certificate mgmt. and network infrastructure services.
