We are now looking for a motivated Commercial Claims Handler to join our team in Colchester (Bury St Edmunds; Norwich or Cambridge office).
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from notification to settlement.

Assess policy cover, liaise with brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Manage claims across various commercial lines including property, liability, and motor.

Ensure timely and accurate claims processing in line with regulatory requirements.

Keep clients informed and supported throughout the claims journey.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting and claims analysis.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial claims handling (essential).

Strong understanding of insurance policies and the claims process.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good IT skills, including experience with claims management systems.
