Working for an award winning UK Insurance Broker. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an office environment with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Insurance knowledge/experience would be desirable but not essential for this role.
This role will see you supporting with general enquiries, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales, invoicing of premiums and cross-sales.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in achieving income targets by providing an excellent level of service.
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Obtaining policy extension terms and presenting to clients.
- Issuing policy extension documentation.
- Handling client queries via email or via the telephone.
Skills and experience:
- 1 years' previous experience providing specialist insurance advice is desirable.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Cert CII qualification (or willing to undertake the study).
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
