Working for an award winning UK Insurance Broker. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an office environment with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Insurance knowledge/experience would be desirable but not essential for this role.

This role will see you supporting with general enquiries, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales, invoicing of premiums and cross-sales.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in achieving income targets by providing an excellent level of service.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Obtaining policy extension terms and presenting to clients.
  • Issuing policy extension documentation.
  • Handling client queries via email or via the telephone.

Skills and experience:

  • 1 years' previous experience providing specialist insurance advice is desirable.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Cert CII qualification (or willing to undertake the study).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
