Stock Assistant (Technology)

Reporting to the Warehouse supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our clients fulfilment operations for their technical products.
As a Stock Assistant, you will be responsible for picking, calibrating, and packing their world class devices, ensuring customers receive their device on time and in the highest quality condition.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
Read Sales orders to determine quantity and type of product
Locate product in the warehouse
Perform device gas calibrations
Ensure a quality product is packaged and shipped to customers as per Working Instructions
Ensure work areas are kept clean and well-organized
Adhere to Health & Safety policies and quality standards
Perform inventory cycle counts
Ensure accurate stock rotation FIFO
Execute a daily report of outstanding sales orders
Raise intercompany purchase orders
Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with general daily tasks
Person Specification:
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
Ideally a passion for technology/IT, ideally with a degree in Computing or similar
Clear understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
Accountable and dependable, meeting deadlines consistently
Proven ability to communicate effectively and take responsibility
Possess above average attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Adaptable to changes in priorities and ability to drive these
