About the Role:

A well-established and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Partner to co-lead their thriving Commercial Property department alongside the existing Head of Department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the practice, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Inspire and lead the team, fostering collaboration and innovation while enhancing the firm's commercial property services.
  • Client Management & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, expand the client base, and spearhead marketing initiatives to increase visibility and revenue.
  • Legal Expertise: Provide high-quality legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects while staying updated on market trends and regulations.
  • Mentorship: Support the development of junior lawyers through coaching and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders to achieve firm-wide objectives and represent the firm in professional and community settings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law.
  • Proven success in handling complex property transactions and client negotiations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
