Cooper Lomaz is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm for a passionate and dedicated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with 2-5 years PQE. Role Overview:As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will play an essential role in supporting a well-established client base, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing. With a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail, you will work within a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards in compliance and client care.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain strong client relationships, focusing on service quality and satisfaction
  • Support the growth and success of the firm by actively participating in business development initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure consistent service delivery
