AJ Chambers represents a Top Regional Law Firm recruiting for a Commercial Property & Agriculture Legal Assistant in the Colchester office.

The successful candidate will be working alongside another Legal Secretary supporting a team of 5 Fee Earners.

You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Commercial Property or Agriculture and be able to hit the ground running.

You will have a full understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to raise property inquiries and draft reports on title and leases. They must have technical knowledge commensurate to their level of experience as well as a proactive approach to risk management, a willingness to learn and a good knowledge of property transactions.
