Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing construction-related legal matters, including disputes, contract negotiations, and documentation.
- Provide support to senior solicitors in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research on construction law topics, providing insights and reports as needed.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to provide updates and support as required.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining case files and managing deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and court submissions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Have completed a law degree (or equivalent) and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in construction law.
- Previous completion of the LPC or SQE is desirable but not essential.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure, with a keen attention to deadlines.
- Be highly motivated to grow and develop within a supportive legal environment.
