Lifeguard - Colchester 4Leisure is seeking dedicated lifeguards to join our flexible, temporary team at a leisure facility in the Colchester area. This role is perfect for individuals seeking additional hours with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and supervision of all pool users at all times
Maintain high standards of health and safety procedures
Perform rescues and provide assistance when necessary
Conduct general poolside cleaning duties
Communicate regularly with the on-site manager

Requirements:

A current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certificate
An up-to-date DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one through us)
